DFMG Platform wasn't designed in a vacuum. It was built from the inside — by people who run a cleaning business every day.
DFMG started as a facility service company in Denmark. Like every small service business, we managed schedules in spreadsheets, tracked invoices in one system, payroll in another, and client communication through a mix of email and phone calls.
We started building tools to solve our own problems. A task scheduler. An invoice generator. A time tracker. One tool led to another, and before we knew it, we had built a complete platform that runs every aspect of our operation.
Today, we use DFMG Platform to run our own cleaning business — and we're making it available to other Danish service companies who face the same challenges we did.
Every feature exists because we needed it in our own business. We don't build based on market research — we build based on daily operational reality.
