Draw your buildings with precision
Create floor plans directly in the platform — no external software needed. Draw rooms as rectangles or freeform polygons, place walls with configurable thickness, and furnish spaces from a library of 44+ object types across furniture, appliances, and architectural elements.
Everything is rendered at industry-standard 1:100 scale with real-world measurements. Upload custom furniture, apply materials and textures, and use full undo/redo as you work.
Trace over satellite imagery with OpenStreetMap
Look up any building address and overlay the real-world footprint directly in the editor. Trace walls, calibrate scale, and anchor your floor plan to GPS coordinates — so every room, corridor, and entrance matches the physical building.
The geo-anchoring system maps pixels to metres with configurable rotation and scale. Once verified, your floor plan is spatially accurate and ready for operational use.

Assign tasks to rooms, not just people
Each of the 22 room types automatically maps to the right task template — offices get desk cleaning, kitchens get appliance sanitation, toilets get hygiene protocols. Override any mapping manually when you need to.
The interactive task map shows completion status per room with overdue warnings, last-completed dates, and frequency badges. Managers see the full picture. Employees see exactly what needs doing and where.
Plan cleaning routes and simulate them step by step
Build named cleaning routes with ordered room stops, entry points, and estimated durations. The waypoint network auto-detects paths through doors and corridors so routes follow real walkable paths — not straight lines through walls.
Run the animated route simulator to see a character walk the route room by room, completing tasks along the way. Use it for training new employees, verifying route efficiency, or presenting to clients.

Manage entire portfolios of buildings
Add unlimited floors per building and unlimited buildings per client. Navigate between floors with a single click, and link doors across floors so routes can span staircases and lifts.
Clients see all their locations in a grid view. Employees navigate to their assigned building and floor. Managers get the full picture across every site they operate.
Annotate, document, and share
Add arrows, text labels, and directional markers directly on floor plans to highlight special instructions, hazard zones, or cleaning priorities. Annotations are drawn on a separate canvas layer so they never interfere with the underlying plan.
Export annotated floor plans as PNG images or PDF-ready SVG for client reports, training manuals, or quality documentation.
