How does billing work?
We bill monthly or annually. Annual billing comes with a discount. You can switch plans or cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
How long does onboarding take?
Most companies are up and running within a week. We help you import existing data (employees, clients) and configure the modules you need. Larger setups with full accounting migration may take 2-3 weeks.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted in the EU on secure, GDPR-compliant infrastructure. Each tenant's data is fully isolated in its own database schema.
Can I add modules later?
Absolutely. The platform is fully modular. Start with what you need and enable additional modules as your business grows. No data migration needed — everything is already connected.
Is Danish tax/payroll compliance included?
Yes. eIndkomst reporting to SKAT, Danish holiday law calculations, ATP/pension, and e-Faktura support are built in. We keep the platform updated with regulatory changes.
